I, the main structure

It consists of hopper, left and right spindle, crushing chamber, cutter head, cutter spacer, screening, return mechanism, frame, geared motor and other components.

II. Main use

The double-shaft crusher is a crushing device that decomposes non-metal waste (waste tires, furniture, refrigerators, TV casings, plastic products, wood, etc.) for the first time to facilitate further processing of materials.

III. Working principle

The gear motor drives the cutter disc in the crushing chamber to rotate, which will remove the wheel hub steel ring and the outer diameter ≤ Φ1200mm tires and other non-metal waste, and the material is broken by the cutter disc cutting and tearing, less than or equal to the mesh hole. The material leaks out from the screening network and enters the subsequent process; the material larger than the mesh is returned to the crushing chamber through the screening net for cyclic crushing.

IV, structural characteristics

1The method of rotary cutting and differential tearing of the disc cutter in the automatic tire slicer is adopted, and the force of the knife and the spindle is optimized by the two-axis opposite working.
